Aromatherapy Consultation: What to Expect
Intake Form
Prior to meeting, the client will fill out an intake form which includes information on health history, allergies, health concerns, etc. This form is important because it will help us to determine what type of service will be provided to the client.
Review
Whenever possible, in-person consultations are preferred because they encourage deeper engagement. Clients often share additional details that may seem unimportant but may be crucial for the desired outcome..
TREATMENT & PRODUCT ORIENTATION
Following the review, a unique blend and product will be blended to address your needs and/or intentions. Products can include massage or bath oils, balms, creams, personal inhalers, diffusers, etc.
Follow-Up
Follow-up is crucial to determine if the product is managing the condition. These assessments should occur within a week to 10 days, in person or by phone. Multiple follow-ups may be necessary, and adjustments to treatment are not uncommon for chronic conditions requiring long-term care.
